Ms. Samson specializes in business immigration, particularly the following worker classifications: H1b (temporary workers/professionals), L (intra-company transfers) and E (investor visa). She obtains immigrant visas for nationally and internationally acclaimed artists through extraordinary ability visas (EB1), employment-based immigrant visas for executives and multi-national managers (EB1), advanced degree holders (EB2), professionals and skilled workers (EB3), and healthcare workers (Schedule A). Ms. Samson has also been successful in obtaining immigrant visas for clients under VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), family-based immigrant visas and I-601/I-601A Waiver Applications. Ms. Samson also handles nonimmigrant visa applications such as business visitor and visitor for pleasure (B1/B2), student visa applications (F1) and fiance/e petitions (K1). Ms. Samson represents clients before Immigration Courts for deportation/removal defense, and California Family Courts for dissolution of marriage, declaration of nullity, child custody and child support.
